I wanted to share a few last minute suggestions to increase your eBay business traffic and sales. The following list includes quick wins, with little to no time or financial investment; consider trying them out for the Month of December and January.

(Post holiday sales as well as purchases made by those that didn't get what they wanted for the holidays can be a huge opportunity.)

On another note, some best practices to remember:


- Set up custom pages with Gift ideas to drive traffic from Search En=
gines.

- Consider offering expedite shipping to create a better buying exper=
ience and drive sales. Especially 2 weeks prior to December 24th.

- Set up sales using mark down manager; Plan and schedule out for the=
Month of December your promotions.

It's all about conveyed value. Mark up to mark down; Retail practice to inf=
luence potential buyers. If you don't call it out, who will?

- List more items on eBay;

o Auctions with Buy It Now options to appeal to more buyers.

o Increase fixed price items

o Watch for free listing promotions in eBay General Announcements.

Reminder.... Count down to the last big Online Holiday Shopping Dav - Sunday December 17th.

Now would be the time to consider the following to get the last boost in sales before our potential buyers run out of funds:

- Use Mark Down Manager and run a Sale through the end of the Holiday Season (Make it easier on you.)

Consider marking up to mark down a discount of 25% or more.
